License v1.0 Agreement for

Multimedia Fusion™ objects created by Matt Galanto.
This license is a modified version of the license v2.1 written by Marcello Bastéa-Forte.
Written permission was given to allows me to use and modify his agreement.

The objects, collectively, will be referred to as 'the Software.'
Individual objects will be referred to as 'a Software Piece.'
The Author is dependent on the specific Software Piece's creator.

I. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are subject to change without notice. For the most recent copy of this license visit the Bumderland web page at http://www.bumderland.com.

If you intend to sell products using the Software, you must purchase a commercial use license. (See section III for license options.)

You may:

•	Remove the Software, as long as you remove the Software completely.
•	Link to the main Bumderland web page without written permission.
•	Bundle or attach the Software to a media package (Compact Disc, or other media storage) if you follow these terms:
•		You have written permission from the Author.
•		The documentation and this license are included intact.
•		You do not violate any other Terms of Use in this license.

You may not:

•	Dismantle, disassemble, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
•	Resell or redistribute the Software without written permission from the Author.
•	Link directly to the Software binaries via documentation (electronic or otherwise) unless you have written permission from the Author.

II. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

III. Distribution (of your products containing the Software.)

•	The Software is free to use if it is used in nonprofit products, distributed without cost to the user. For example, things like adware and shareware are not allowed.
•	If you are using the Software for profit or commercial use, you must have a valid commercial use license. (See section IV.)

You may:

•	Display the name of the Author, in the Credits, under a "Programming" section.

IV. Registration

Commercial Use License.

This license allows you to use any single Software Piece on any products you create, commercial or noncommercial. This license is not transferable.

You need one license per Software Piece.

Terms:

You must:

•	Contact the Author.
•	Make sure you have the most recent license agreement.
•	Pay the Author a flat fee United States of America Dollars (USD). (This fee is specific to the Software Piece. Make sure you get the correct fee at http://www.bumderland.com/objects).
•	Send a copy of your product to the Author, at the option of the Author.

The Author reserves the right to deny your application for a commercial use license without reason.
